Hazel is the founder and creative force behind DSD Fashion, a company dedicated to supporting fashion designers with a range of professional services tailored to elevate their brands. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the fashion industry, Hazel helps designers bring their visions to life, from concept to execution.
In addition to offering bespoke design services, Hazel specializes in creating digital products for social media, helping brands enhance their online presence and engage with their audience effectively. With a passion for fashion and a commitment to innovation, Hazel provides the tools and expertise that fashion designers need to thrive in today’s competitive market.
As Chief Executive Officer of BLK Fashion Group, Hazel provides strategic leadership and vision to drive the mission of empowering and elevating minority fashion designers and creatives. She oversees all aspects of the organization while building strong partnerships with industry leaders, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
Danielle Marie Brandon
Chief Operating Officer
Danielle Marie Brandon– Danielle Marie is a trilingual dual citizen of the United States and the Dominican Republic, and the owner and manager of EIRAM Model Management, a modeling agency located in Plano, TX. In addition to her work in the modeling industry, Danielle Marie serves as a local director for the Miss America pageant system, supporting young women in their pursuit of education, community service, and their aspirations to become Miss Texas and Miss America. With a background rooted in community service—as the great-niece of Dallas’ prominent civil-rights advocate Juanita J. Craft—Danielle Marie is committed to making an impact.
Danielle Marie's accomplishments as an Army veteran, former model and instructor, pageant queen, NFL cheerleader, and change-making legacy have uniquely molded her personally and professionally into a well-rounded leader. As a cancer survivor, Danielle Marie cherishes the opportunity to continue pursuing her passions.

Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Erica LeFlore is a seasoned fashion industry expert with nearly two decades of experience across technical design, creative leadership, and apparel innovation. As the founder of Contourier, she is revolutionizing access to inclusive and sustainable intimate apparel, addressing diverse needs such as unique sizing requirements, custom adaptations, and support for underserved bodies.
Her career spans significant roles at best-in-class brands including Abercrombie and Fitch, La Senza, and 81Eighty/Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, where she led creative and technical teams to deliver exceptional products. Erica's leadership in design operations at Signet Jewelers further showcases her ability to optimize creative processes and drive innovation.
